Staffing Administrator at the Staffing Center

Do you want to contribute to the functioning of care and support by coordinating staffing and supporting managers in their daily work? As a staffing administrator, you have a central role where administration, structure, and service go hand in hand. You will work in digital systems, have many points of contact, and need to handle rapid changes at a pace that varies from day to day.

For the summer of 2026, we are looking for two staffing administrators for the Staffing Center, which is responsible for staffing within care and support in Skellefteå municipality.

The positions are summer temporary jobs from June to August with scheduled working hours. After introduction and training, there is also an opportunity to work extra during the spring.

YOUR ROLE

As a staffing administrator, you are responsible for coordinating the need for short-term substitutes within the care and support department. This means you will work in the staffing system TimeCare Pool, where you book substitutes, follow up on staffing, and ensure that the right person is in the right place at the right time.

An important part of the assignment is also to support the managers in staffing issues and to introduce new substitutes to the system. You will have daily contact with both managers and employees, which requires a professional, service-oriented, and respectful approach.

The Staffing Center is open every day of the year, which means that the work also includes some weekends.

YOUR COMPETENCE AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone who has completed high school education and has experience in administrative work. You express yourself clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and feel comfortable working with digital tools and systems. You easily adapt to new work methods and enjoy working in a structured way even when the pace is high.

To succeed in this role, you need to be relationship-building and have an easy time establishing trustworthy contacts with both managers and employees. At the same time, you take responsibility and drive your work forward independently. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude when conditions change rapidly. With your commitment, you contribute to development and improvement in daily work.
