We are now looking, on behalf of one of our clients, for an experienced person in customer service/reception.

You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup for this position and work as a consultant at our client's location. The assignment starts at 80% and will commence in February.

In this role, you will be an important point of contact both internally and externally, contributing to a professional and welcoming impression. You will combine reception work with internal and external support, having daily contact with both external customers and internal colleagues via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Your tasks will include, among other things:

• Staffing the reception and welcoming visitors
• Handling incoming calls and emails as well as daily mail
• Responding to simple customer inquiries and forwarding cases as needed
• Administering and documenting cases in internal systems
• Providing administrative support and contributing to a well-functioning office environment

This assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a service-oriented role with varied tasks and many points of contact.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, and communicative. You are confident in customer contact and have an easy time building good relationships.

We would like you to have:

• High school education
• Experience in customer service, customer support, reception, or similar roles
• Good administrative skills and a structured approach to work
• Very good Swedish and good English in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills, preferably with the Office suite and case management systems

• Responsible and meticulous
• Flexible and comfortable with a varying pace of work

Experience from the finance, banking, or insurance industry is an advantage but not a requirement.

The position is 80%, located in Umeå, and starts in February. You will be employed as a consultant at OnePartnerGroup and work at our client's location.
