Your Mission

As a substitute teacher with us, you are an important part of the children's daily lives. You step in at short notice at one of our four preschools, sometimes for a few days and sometimes for longer periods. As an educator, you will participate in teaching, both planned and spontaneous, but your professional role is also significant in creating safety and good care for the children during their day at preschool.

You meet children of different ages and contribute to a safe, educational, and fun environment. In your role, you are a present, co-learning, and active educator in the children's daily lives where you play, read, sing, and create together with the children. You assist with practical tasks such as dressing and undressing, handwashing, and meals, both indoors and outdoors.

Together with our dedicated educators, you help create an operation inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, where the children's curiosity and interests are at the center.

Your Experience

For this position, you are required to have:

• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have:

• high school or post-secondary education as a childcare worker or other education deemed relevant by the employer
• experience working with children
• experience working in healthcare, elderly care, or other activities where you have cared for others
• experience and knowledge regarding children with NPF diagnoses
