About the employer

I am a professional woman with an active lifestyle living in Södermalm. I work as a journalist, train regularly, and have a dog. In my daily life, structure, pace, and clarity are important. I use a manual wheelchair and have clear routines for how I want my assistance to work. You, as an assistant, will work closely with me – respecting my way of leading, living, and planning.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will support me in both daily routines and practical tasks. The work requires sensitivity, initiative, and the ability to switch between being in the background and taking an active role when needed.

Examples of tasks:

• Assistance with dressing, hygiene, and transfers
• Practical chores at home and assistance
• Adherence to a daily life that requires focus, pace, and flexibility

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for someone who:

• Is a woman, reliable, discreet, and organized
• Takes initiative without taking over
• Thrives on clarity and straightforward communication
• Has an interest in training or physical activity
• Lives in or near Stockholm
• Can step in at short notice, mainly evenings and weekends

Conditions

• Scope: Hourly employment as needed
• Location: Södermalm, Stockholm
• Working hours: Shifts during illness/vacation, days, evenings, and weekends
• Salary: According to collective agreement (approx. 155–160 SEK/hour)
• Employment: Via STIL Assistans AB
• Start: By agreement
