Hässelby-Vällingby sdf
Hässelby-Vällingby sdf is a forward-looking administration with the best interests of its citizens in mind. The administration is curious and development-oriented and works purposefully towards being part of the future social services. We implement Signs of Safety across the board to strengthen the inherent strengths and abilities of children and families, working network-based to create change, protection, and support that lasts over time. We take pride in always having the child's best interests as our highest priority.
Your role
As part of our development initiative, we are now expanding our team with an additional social worker, and we are looking for someone who wants to help drive the development of social services forward and help shape the future social services here with us at the youth unit in Hässelby-Vällingby.
How are we organized?
The youth unit consists of 14 (soon 15) social workers, one social worker who works as a social worker with the police/SIG, two team leaders, and one unit manager. Most of those working in the youth unit have several years of experience in investigative work and are all very engaged and driven. At our workplace, we have high ambitions, and it is important for us to do a good and legally secure job with high quality that always has children and their families in focus and their best interests in mind. At the youth unit, we believe we are good at sharing knowledge, are helpful and flexible, want to develop, and have a pleasant work environment where we often have close laughter.
Employees at the youth unit describe that the best thing about the youth unit is our high engagement, the good atmosphere, and the great helpfulness among colleagues.
In the same corridor as the youth unit, our child, sibling, placement, and reception unit are located, with which we strive to have close cooperation. The area of Children and Youth also includes the district's open care unit with 18 family therapists with whom we also have close cooperation. Within the area, there are also two method developers who work with a focus on internal competence development aimed at investigative work.
