Aktiv Rehab is a leading rehabilitation center in Limhamn focusing on physiotherapy and massage. Aktiv Rehab is now in its 37th year as a company and is well established in the industry with 5 physiotherapists linked to Region Skåne and 1 masseur.

We are now looking for a responsible receptionist for our clinic. Are you a service-oriented person with drive and commitment? Do you want to make a difference every day for our patients? Then this job might be for you.

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time/part-time, 30/40h/week.

About the role

As a receptionist, you are the clinic's face to the outside world and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for our patients and wellness providers. Your tasks include:

• Welcoming our patients in a professional, friendly, and engaged manner.
• Ensuring that the clinic is always clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Booking patients for our physiotherapists and masseur.
• Registering patients in Region Skåne's tool Priva.
• Selling gym memberships and other products.
• Creating schedules for the staff (6 people) in the reception.
• Preparing monthly summaries at the end of the month.
• Purchasing consumables.

You will meet many people, most of whom are seniors, where each person needs to be treated with patience and kindness. You will have varied days where you make a difference for these individuals.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar job, preferably as a receptionist or in service.
• Has a natural drive and loves meeting people.
• Is service-oriented and has a positive attitude.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Is fluent in spoken and written Swedish and fluent in spoken English.
