We are looking for security guards for a new stationary assignment. Skills required from applicants include strong social competence, calm demeanor, experience in the profession, service-mindedness, self-motivation, responsibility, and the ability to solve tasks independently as well as work both alone and in a team. The tasks involve traditional stationary surveillance as well as rounds and alarms for certain positions on the premises. A significant portion of the surveillance time is dedicated to creating and maintaining good relationships, a calm and secure environment, service, and some more challenging tasks.

Basic Requirements:

• Approval from the County Administrative Board for employment in a security company
• Excellent Swedish in spoken and written form
• Excellent English in spoken and written form
• No criminal record or similar
• No payment defaults
• High school diploma
• Driver's license
• 5 years of work experience
• 3 years of experience in the industry
• Trained security guard
• Good multitasking ability
• Computer literate

Meritorious:

• Some technical knowledge
• Multilingual

Personal Qualities:

As a security guard at Cubsec, you always demonstrate a serious and professional attitude. You act judiciously and proactively for the benefit of the customer. You have the ability to create calm and are good at adapting your approach based on the different situations that may arise in your work. You should find it easy to meet other people and build relationships, but also be able to set boundaries and be clear. Given that you may encounter conflict-ridden situations as a security guard, there are high demands for personal maturity and confidence in your professional role.

• Start date by agreement

• You should reside in the areas around Alingsås, Borås, and Bollebygd
• Salary according to applicable collective agreement
