Every year, newly trained individuals from high schools and adult education join. As a healthcare provider and employer, we welcome students during their education for workplace-based learning, APL. The students' APL is a shared responsibility for us, for high schools and adult educators in the county. You will be a key person in driving the work to ensure quality in workplace-based learning.

Our Operations

Health and medical care and support affect many patients and residents and are significant areas of responsibility for the municipalities and the region. We receive students from many schools and educators within the county and want to provide good conditions for supervision in the workplace and for educators to prepare their students. Today's students are our future employees. Through close collaboration with educators and good quality in our own task of receiving and supervising students, we can create conditions for good fundamental competence among graduates.

Your Mission

Your mission involves responsibility for developing, coordinating, and driving the work to ensure consistent and high quality and create conditions for good access to APL placements. In the future, the work may include other training and educational assignments within care and support.

  • Driving and coordinating efforts to develop quality criteria for APL within health and medical care and support.
  • Ensuring clear division of responsibilities and roles regarding APL.
  • Being responsible for quality assurance and follow-up.
  • Participating in relevant networks within the county and nationally.

The work also includes reporting in writing and orally, for example, to the county's forum for collaboration in health, support, care, and assistance, the municipalities' social chiefs' network, the region's care management group, and the municipalities' school chiefs' network.

Higher education at least at the bachelor's level in a relevant field. Current and relevant work experience from health and medical care or support. Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Good knowledge of Office365.

Meritorious

  • Experience in working with educational assignments within health and medical care or support.
  • Experience in leadership roles or project management.
  • Relevant and documented pedagogical experiences.
  • Experience working in politically governed organizations.
