In your role as an administrator, you will utilize your expertise by processing and coordinating cases regarding the disclosure of public documents and providing qualified support in matters concerning transparency and confidentiality. Other tasks within the responsibilities of the Legal Secretariat may also be relevant. In your work, you will have contact with units in the Administrative Department and with other departments. Your role also includes participating in projects and training initiatives.

Your background

You have a law degree. You have good knowledge of public documents, transparency, and confidentiality. Experience working in the Government Offices is an advantage, as is other work in a government agency. As we strive to become more digitized in our work, we also see it as an advantage if you have relevant experience in digitalization.

We are looking for one or more employees. The employment is a permanent position with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. The position is classified in a security class, and a security review with a background check will be conducted before a hiring decision is made. You must be a Swedish citizen, but having a foreign background is welcome.
