We are looking for another cheerful and lively female assistant for a teenage boy with significant support needs. You need to have a childlike spirit and be comfortable working independently and not afraid to get involved. We are looking for someone who is secure, calm, playful, structured, flexible, and attentive to the boy's needs, as well as open, positive, and engaged. You are non-smoker and preferably do not have pet allergies as there is a cat in the home.

The boy has several types of disabilities, which means there are many things he needs help with. The work includes training, personal hygiene, medication, transfers, and everything else he needs assistance with to have the best possible everyday life. Therefore, we prefer that you have at least 1 year of experience in Personal Assistance. Personal chemistry is important, and it is also essential that you have a good command of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form as you will need to support the client communicatively.

Working hours are afternoons/evenings and weekends. During school breaks, you will also work during the day. We hope you have a vision of working long-term with the client to create a sense of security.
