The position is a parental leave substitute on a part-time basis, and there is an opportunity to start working extra immediately. The client requires assistance around the clock with waiting time at night. Working hours are from 4:00 PM to 8:30 AM or from 8:30 AM to 8:30 AM (24-hour shifts).

The client is an active woman in her 50s living with a genetic disease, spinocerebellar ataxia type 3. This condition results in muscle weakness, spasticity, and reduced mental stamina. The work involves assistance with personal hygiene, cooking, PEG feeding, and household chores. She lives in Landvetter and has interests such as cooking, exercise (yoga, rehabilitation, swimming), spending time with family and friends, animals, and outings.

Experience in personal assistance is an advantage, but the client highly values personal chemistry and qualities. It is important that you are physically capable of assisting with transfers.

You must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently. The client communicates with some limitations.

We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a possible employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
