About us

At Humana LSS in Falköping and Skultorp, we have three units, 2 residences, and a daily activity center. When you work with us, you will work based on each person's individual wishes and needs. You, together with your colleagues, are an important part of creating a safe and meaningful existence for those living in the residence. About the position

We are now looking for vacation and part-time substitutes for our team who want to make a difference for those living with us or participating in their daily activities.

In this role, you will:

• Provide individual support, care, and service interventions

• Plan and implement activities with the client

• Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks

Who are you?

You should enjoy being active, have curiosity, and be a positive person. It is also important that you are service-oriented, attentive, and accommodating. The role of a support worker also requires patience, flexibility, and responsiveness. Therefore, great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

To apply for the position as a vacation and part-time substitute, you must have:

• A valid driver's license (B)

It is advantageous if you have:

• Education in healthcare or a pedagogical background

• Experience from similar operations and the target group we work with

• Knowledge of low-arousal responses and clarifying pedagogy

• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as documentation is a significant part of the job
