The Daily Activity seeks three to four new employees, the positions will be distributed between Sinnehuset, Kristineholm, and Kungegården. Activities offered in the operations with some variation include music, kahoot, crafts, yoga, baking, walks, service assignments, media, dog daycare, firewood management, creative activities, business teams, and packaging jobs.

In total, nearly 50 employees work in daily activities with about 225 participants. Daily activities in Alingsås are growing rapidly, and thus our need to recruit new employees. We see that we have many fun challenges ahead where all employees will play an important role together with management in tackling these. The operations are not static but change with new participants and target groups. Currently, daily activities consist of four group activities and one operation that works with companies/organizations with individual internships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The daily activities are aimed at individuals of working age who have decisions within LSS. We offer meaningful employment tailored to wishes, conditions, and needs. We conduct our operations in independent units with different focuses. We also arrange individually integrated workplaces around Alingsås. With this breadth of operations, we aim to promote equality in living conditions and full participation in community life. Your closest colleagues will be support assistants and support educators within daily activities.

As a support assistant, you provide support to users during their workday. You base your work on the individual's needs, interests, and what is meaningful for each person. Together with your colleagues, you create a calm and stress-free environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained support assistant, preschool teacher, leisure leader, nursing assistant, or has other education that the employer deems equivalent
• Has previous work experience in LSS operations
• Has a B driver's license
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Knowledge and experience from similar daily activities
• Interest in data and technology as well as good documentation skills

As a person, you have a humble, empathetic, and attentive approach, as well as a positive attitude. You are stable, secure, and see opportunities in every situation.
