Therapist Needed at Humbla Open Care in Gothenburg

Humbla Open Care is looking to strengthen its team of therapists in Gothenburg and is seeking individuals who want and have the prerequisites to work as therapists on a varying basis during periods. There is also a need for full-time summer substitutes as well as the possibility of permanent employment in the future.
Furthermore, we see that you have the courage, desire, and drive to help develop Humbla's open care operations in the Gothenburg region. The position also includes work with young people placed in Humbla's support housing in Borås.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility. You will be part of a strong and competent team where everyone goes the extra mile for those they work with and for, as well as for their colleagues.

We work with intensive home-based interventions in families with complex needs and with evidence-based practice as a foundation. This means that you need to be secure in your professional role and have the ability to adapt methods and approaches based on the individual's prerequisites and needs. The work places high demands on you to be confident in yourself and to be authentic in your interactions with people, to be solution-oriented, to take initiative and work independently, to maintain structure in a changing work environment, and to be skilled at creating sustainable and safe relationships. We place great importance on personal suitability.
Qualifications
A degree in social work and experience working with families with social issues is required.

- Previous experience working in open care with a focus on children, youth, and their families
- Previous experience working in support housing
