About the Job

The daily operations aim to offer meaningful employment based on the individual's needs, conditions, and interests.

The target group is individuals of working age 18-67 years who are not working or studying and have a decision according to LSS.

The service group is responsible for janitorial tasks at Solhaga elderly care home. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, assembling and moving furniture, setting up TVs and other technical equipment, simple repairs, and actions related to premises and inventory. The assignment also includes clearing drains and other janitorial tasks. In addition, the service group is responsible for handling and washing the staff laundry of Solhaga elderly care home as part of the daily support to the operations.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with other staff and is an important part of the daily operations, where structure, responsibility, and service spirit are central components.

Job Responsibilities

In your work, you will meet users both individually and in groups where you create meaningful and developing activities. You support and motivate users with different conditions in practical tasks, providing individual support and guidance. You work independently, have good judgment, and collaborate smoothly with other professional groups in the area.

Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for business contacts and perform administrative tasks.

You are responsible for and work based on the users' implementation plans and ensure that the statutory documentation regarding the users is maintained.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, you need to be secure and stable. You take initiative and are flexible based on the user's needs. We expect you to be professional and respectful in your interactions. You should have good collaboration skills with both users and colleagues. You should be able to quickly adapt to different conditions and meet the situations that may arise.

• Care and nursing program; other training may be considered if the employer deems them equivalent.
• You should have experience working with the target group.
• Proficient in Swedish in speech and writing, as well as good reading comprehension.
• Basic digital competence.
• Experience with the documentation system Life Care is an advantage.
• Experience working in daily operations is an advantage.
• Driver's license (B).
• You should find it easy to perform practical tasks.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where flexibility and cooperation are considered particularly important.

Other Information

The position involves daytime work, Monday to Friday. Solo work is included. Start date according to agreement, probationary employment may be relevant. You must be able to present an extract from the police criminal record before you are employed. A driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
