As a personal assistant at Novum, you will be involved in the development of the work team through regular workplace meetings and receive continuous professional development based on the needs of the assignment. You will be offered a secure introduction and ongoing training, including in medical procedures that require special instruction.

Who are you as an applicant?

We are looking for someone who has personal suitability for the assignment. You are responsible, empathetic, and attentive, as well as secure in your role. You are punctual and structured but also flexible to cover when needed. You take initiative both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. Good physical fitness and a positive attitude are advantageous. The chemistry between you and the client is central for the work to function well.

Job Responsibilities

The assignment includes personal care, support in daily activities, accompanying on leisure activities, and support in work or daily activities. Job tasks may also include assistance with physiotherapy, simpler medical procedures after completed training, and support in communication with alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) when needed. You will work both alone and with colleagues depending on the situation.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A driver's license is required (as the assignment may involve transportation)

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is required

• Experience with clarifying pedagogy and AAC is advantageous

• BankID is required, and you must agree to use it in the position

About the Employment

The employment can be permanent or hourly based on the nature of the assignment. Please indicate in your application if you are seeking full-time or part-time and if you can work evenings, weekends, and night shifts. We offer a fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations follow the collective agreement. Start date according to agreement.

About the Recruitment

The selection process is ongoing, and more information about the assignment will be provided during the interview.
