Personal Assistant for Staffing Pool in Gothenburg

Are you looking for a meaningful part-time job that can be combined with studies or other part-time assignments? We are currently seeking personal assistants for our staffing pool - a flexible and important role where you will work with various clients in and around Gothenburg.

Who are our clients?

Our clients have different functional variations and thus varying needs for support in their daily lives. You may work with:

• A middle-aged man who has had a stroke and needs help with, among other things, mobility, hygiene, cooking, social activities, and gardening tasks.
• A teenager with autism who needs clear structure, educational support, and guidance in their daily life.
• An elderly woman who needs help with evening routines, cooking, and taking care of her pet.

Each assignment is unique, and your tasks will be adapted to the individual's needs.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and wants to make a difference.
• Is attentive, flexible, proactive, and has a strong sense of service.
• Understands the importance of the work you do - for both the client and their relatives.

Previous experience in personal assistance, elderly care, childcare, or service is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

About the position

As an assistant in our staffing pool, you will be employed on an hourly basis and can specify when you are available for work - perfect for those seeking flexibility! You can work weekdays, weekends, during the day, evening, or night, depending on what suits you best. When you have marked yourself as available during certain times, you need to be reachable and prepared to be called in as needed.

Available work shifts:

• Daytime: 06:00-17:00
• Evening: 14:00-22:00

Start:

The position will be filled continuously and has immediate access.

Passal Assistans offers a rewarding and varied job with good employment conditions, training, and wellness benefits. You will also receive good support and contact with your assistance manager. Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations according to collective agreements. As an employee in our staffing pool, you will also receive an extra supplement on your hourly wage when you are booked for work. We are conducting rolling selections as employment will occur immediately.

Applicants for this position must be able to present a valid ID document such as a passport or national ID (driver's license not valid) and a criminal record extract at the interview. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid work permit or permanent residence permit to work with us.
