Personal Assistant in Skövde

Are you a responsible and caring person looking towards a future as a personal assistant? We are seeking someone who wants to and can work with care. For the right person, this is a fantastic and important job.

We are now looking for someone to work as needed at all hours of the day with our client in Skövde, as we have active night and day/evening shifts. During the summer, there is also a temporary position that would be perfect for someone currently studying and in need of work during the summer months. We operate according to daily routines, documentation, and have regular staff meetings. As an assistant to this young man with multiple disabilities, we need assistants who understand the importance of good cooperation with the client, relatives, and colleagues.

The daily work consists of supporting the client in tasks they cannot perform themselves. Our client needs help with most aspects of daily life, such as hygiene, exercise, and other everyday tasks like shopping, laundry, and cleaning. You will work where our client is.

Here, you will have a job where your contribution is noticed and appreciated. You will receive training and on-site introduction but also have access to our training program and wellness initiatives.

Role and Experience of the Assistant

Assistants here need to be creative, resourceful in activities, caring with their own drive, and have a positive energy and outlook on life. You should be a good swimmer as our client enjoys swimming. A driver's license is not a requirement, but since the client has access to a car, it would be desirable. Through assistance, we ensure that our clients have a valuable everyday life. Every day counts, and every day is important. In our mission, we always strive to do our best!

As a person, you need to be meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Experience in care and nursing is preferred. However, the most important thing is your personality and your willingness to meet and understand the client's needs.

Desirable Experience

• Good swimmer.
• Driver's license is desirable but not required.
• Experience with EP.

Working Hours/Employment Rate

• Hourly employment.
• Summer temp from June to August.
• Start as soon as possible or by agreement.

About Salary

We apply salary according to the Fremia Collective Agreement. We offer wellness initiatives and training.
