Alma Assistans is the dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and know that good relationships are the key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our head office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö.

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a lively, people-loving 15-year-old boy in Fristad. He lives with his mother, father, and two younger brothers.

You who are applying should be over 18 years old, love children, and enjoy spending time outdoors. We prefer that you have a driver's license for a manual car, but public transport connections are good. You should be responsible, empathetic, and confident in yourself.

If you have experience with alternative communication, that is a plus. Some lifting may occur, so it is important that you are in good physical condition, but there are aids available in the home.

You should be able to work independently but also in collaboration with the family.

It is beneficial if you are studying or have another part-time job, as the shifts are short and scheduled for afternoons/evenings and weekends. On weekdays when the client is in school, shifts are scheduled from approximately 15:35 to 21:00. During school breaks/weekends, shifts are from approximately 12:00 to 21:00. It is a plus if you have previous experience in personal assistance, but the most important thing is that the personal chemistry is right.
