The job responsibilities include both pedagogical and practical support by assisting guests with personal hygiene, meals, and leisure activities. Tasks such as medication management based on self-care are also included.
You will work on a schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and possibly sleeping on-call.
Services for guests are provided based on an implementation plan in the IT tool Treserva, which also includes tasks such as documentation and follow-up. The job responsibilities also include other household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and cooking. We are looking for someone with knowledge and experience in the field, but also with a great interest and commitment to the target group.
If you meet our requirements for the position and feel that you are the person we are looking for, we look forward to your application.

It is also acceptable if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability field that includes at least 200 YH points or 120 higher education credits. Alternatively, 60 higher education credits and at least two years of experience working with support and service for people with disabilities or another orientation that the employer deems equivalent.

You have experience working as a support assistant or similar with individuals with neuropsychiatric variations (NPF), the autism target group, and experience working with challenging behavior. In addition, you have experience and knowledge of AAC (alternative and augmentative communication) and LAB (low-arousal approach).
If you have previous experience with social documentation, it is an advantage. A driver's license is also an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and helpful towards others even in stressful situations. You show respect for everyone you meet at work. We also see that you are meticulous, work focused, and care about details. You ensure that the work is done correctly. You check and follow up on your work to ensure it meets high quality standards. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively and ensure that tasks are completed on time while following up on results.
