About the Position

We are now looking for a personal assistant for a 26-year-old user with varying disabilities who requires personal assistance. The work involves qualified care and all that occurs in daily life, such as personal hygiene, support in daily activities, transfers, and cleaning.

With us, co-planning takes place at the unit, which gives you the opportunity to work with several users requiring assistance.

Qualifications

The position involves extensive medical responsibility, therefore we see that you who are applying have training as a nursing assistant or support assistant.

You need to be able to meet users with a low-arousal approach. We also see that you can work independently and solution-oriented while being adaptable, both in the moment and in the long term.

The role includes communicating with users and close contact with colleagues, so it is important that you can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish, as well as communicate in a pedagogical manner. We work with clarifying pedagogy, which means that you need to have knowledge and experience in using communication aids.

You need to have a driver's license and access to your own car, as not all users live in central Tidaholm.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Employment and Application

The employment is a permanent full-time position with start date according to agreement. Work hours will be scheduled according to a roster - day, evening, sleeping on-call, 24-hour shifts, and every other weekend.
