We are now looking for reception security personnel for an assignment in Malmö.

About the position

As a reception security officer, your primary task is to create safety and order for our client.

In the role of reception security officer, you will be the client's face to the public. You will greet visitors, check ID documents, and ensure they are registered and taken care of in a professional manner. In addition to reception duties, security and surveillance tasks are also included.

Examples of tasks:

• Receive visitors, check ID, and enter them into the visitor system
• Answer the switchboard and refer to the right person
• Perform opening and locking duties
• Monitor alarms and cameras
• Perform administrative tasks related to the security assignment

The position is a part-time day job, approximately 2 shifts per week (12-hour shifts), with good opportunities for increased hours if needed.

About you

We are looking for someone with high moral standards, a sense of service, and a genuine desire to deliver quality. You are calm and organized, can handle periods of high tempo, and approach problem-solving with a positive attitude. You have an interest in technology and find it easy to understand instructions.

Basic requirements:

• Trained security guard (at least VU1)
• Approved high school grades in Swedish and English
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing, good English
• No criminal record and a stable personal economy
• Approved by the County Administrative Board (application is made through us)

Meritorious:

• Interest in technology
• Experience from similar tasks

Additional information

Employment at Security Assistance Syd AB requires approval from the County Administrative Board according to Law (1974:191) on security companies. All personnel are assessed regarding legal compliance, civic reliability, and suitability. This means that information may be obtained from criminal and suspicion registers as well as from the Security Police.

Depending on the position, security clearance according to Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant.

Salary and employment conditions are regulated by a collective agreement between Security Companies and Svenska Transportarbetareförbundet.
