Förslöv School is a K-9 school with nearly 500 students. We have 70 employees distributed across 5 teams. We work based on “The Whole Child – The Whole Way,” where we collectively take responsibility for both the social and academic development of our students. The foundation is based on a permissive and stimulating study environment where we strive to provide each student with the best possible schooling. We focus on relational pedagogy, with students' safety and participation as important parts. Within our staff, we have a high density of qualified teachers and a shared drive to continue developing our school. Formative approaches and inclusive learning environments are two areas we have worked on over time. This school year, we have had professional development in cooperative learning, language development methods, and student health work. A good working environment for both students and staff gives us good conditions for our work. We have a well-functioning student health service where we systematically work to develop the operations based on our needs and results. Part of the work in recent years has been to develop our support organization and our learning environments from K-9. We have three departments in our after-school care, K-class, 1-2, and 3+

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will work both in the classroom and in after-school care. You will be responsible for a student with diabetes for parts of the day.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has experience with type 1 diabetes. The most important thing is that you are confident in yourself and interested in learning and taking responsibility for work related to diabetes.

To thrive and do a good job at Förslöv School, it is important that you have a flexible mindset, are good at building relationships, and have a professional demeanor. It is also important that you are a positive team player with the desire to learn and develop.
