The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, business-critical projects from initiation through delivery. This role is ideal for a confident, structured, and commercially minded professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working close to decision-makers.

You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and risk assessments

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners

• Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and executives

• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues

• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Drive continuous improvement in project methods, tools, and governance

• Ensure alignment between business strategy and project outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the private sector

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Comfortable working in environments with high expectations and accountability

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with senior leadership and executive teams

• Background in change management or transformation projects

• Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (preferred but not required)

• Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset
