The Technical and Maintenance Office Command Systems (TVK Ledsyst) in Enköping consists of about 190 employees across seven departments. The unit's main task is the management of the Armed Forces' command and information systems throughout their life cycle, from development to decommissioning, during war, crisis, and peace. The Armed Forces and the unit are experiencing strong growth, which leads us to face new challenges and assignments.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Technical Systems Leader, you will belong to the Signals Protection Section within the Secure Systems Department. A section of five employees, which will grow and develop in line with the Armed Forces' increasing needs. The area of responsibility related to the role is technical systems for signals protection within total defense.
Main tasks include:
- Monitoring material management in storage within signals protection
- Planning, directing, and ordering maintenance from maintenance providers
- Maintenance follow-up
- Monitoring change management activities
- Coordinating referral management of technical documents
- Supporting other functions related to the area of responsibility
- Reporting back within the area of responsibility
You report to the section manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Academic education with a focus on logistics, economics, IT/technology, systems science, or equivalent, alternatively long experience with corresponding knowledge acquired in other ways, within or outside the Armed Forces.
- Experience in management governance
- Material knowledge of the various signals protection systems
- Experience working with technical orders within the material area
- Knowledge of material and storage management of signals protection, such as repairs, replacement units, spare parts, disposals, etc.
- Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English
- Driving license B

Your communication style is straightforward and clear. You are meticulous, have good planning skills, and a high awareness of quality. Since the work can sometimes be intense, you need to be able to structure and prioritize your work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities and suitability.
DESIRABLE
- Experience working within the Armed Forces, FMV, or other government agencies
- Experience working with signals protection material
- Experience in budgeting and financial follow-up
- Experience with accounting systems LIFT and Prio
- Experience in ILS (Integrated Logistic Support)
