Do you want to work closely with users and be the reliable point that solves technical questions with a smile? Now is your chance to take on an exciting consulting assignment as a Support Technician where you can combine service, technology, and problem-solving in a dynamic IT environment.

As a Support Technician, you will work on the front line providing support via phone and servicedesk systems. You will also handle administrative tasks related to the client environment and support users in their daily work. The work is primarily on-site in Uppsala, but some remote work is possible. Travel to other offices may occur.

• iOS devices and related products

• Device administration in Intune
• Working with thin clients
