Our Operations

The Digitalization Unit is growing, and we are looking for more colleagues who want to help develop our digital solutions. We currently consist of about 85 dedicated employees who together take a holistic approach to the authority's digitalization.

We work closely with the operations and deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that makes a concrete difference. Our teams continuously develop both working methods, technology, and tools with a focus on quality, collaboration, and learning. Our architecture is based on a .NET platform, modern frontend solutions in Angular, and REST APIs.

Your Responsibilities

With us, you will work in cross-functional teams where testing, requirements, development, and operations collaborate closely, learn together, and share successes. The teams are responsible for both management and new development of central IT support for the Poison Information Centre and within Medical Technology.

Your role includes:

• Planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities
• Leading and facilitating acceptance tests together with users
• Following up, analyzing, and documenting test results
• Designing and ensuring the quality of test cases
• Maintaining and expanding the existing automated test suite
• Verifying tests, identifying deviations, and driving defect management
• Performing exploratory testing to discover unexpected behaviors
• Ensuring a holistic perspective in testing and identifying areas where test coverage can be improved
• Contributing to the development of working methods for testing and test automation.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

• Post-secondary education in IT, system science, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Several years of experience in testing within agile development teams
• Experience with automated testing, for example with Cypress or Playwright
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in test management or testing of information systems for regulatory or administrative processes in the health sector
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory processes such as GAMP5 or ISO 9001
• Certification in testing, such as ISTQB or equivalent
• Experience in accessibility testing (against guidelines according to WCAG or EN301549).
