Description of Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will work across the entire chain – from strategic analysis to operational realization. You understand the needs of the organization, the demands of the external environment, and can translate this into common priorities and direction. You build relationships with both the organization and IT, drive development assignments, and ensure that digitalization creates actual benefits.

You are an active part of the staff and contribute to establishing and managing SBF's digital portfolio and portfolio process for digital development. This position operates in the intersection between the organization and IT – with the ability to see the whole, long-term effects, and concrete implementation. Your main tasks are to lead prioritized development assignments linked to our digital roadmap within the five focus areas.

Your Mission:

• Lead development assignments
• Identify and address organizational needs, conduct feasibility studies, and formulate decision-making documents.
• Contribute to needs capture, procurement, and implementation of digital solutions and new working methods.
• Work with change management and strengthen digital competence in the organization.
• Monitor the external environment and be an expert in IT and digital development.
• Ensure that completed initiatives are followed up and create actual benefits.
• Train colleagues to create shared benefits.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with an academic background in computer and systems science, information systems, or equivalent education that the employer deems relevant. The position requires a good technical understanding and experience working between the organization and IT. You have extensive experience in digitalization in larger organizations, preferably in roles such as digitalization leader, change leader, project manager, or similar. You need documented experience in change management and the implementation of digital solutions and project management from start to finish. In this position, you also need experience in needs analysis and requirements work, as well as the ability to work both strategically and operationally. Experience from public administration is also an advantage. Knowledge in automation, AI, service design, LOU, or pm3 is also meritorious.

You take responsibility for your tasks and structure how you will work to drive your processes forward. You maintain motivation even when obstacles arise and continue working until projects and results are achieved. As a person, you are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts, and you create and maintain good relationships. You can empathize with others' perspectives and understand their reality and needs, which makes you both receptive and trust-building in meetings with others. You have a good understanding of how people absorb knowledge and their different conditions. In your role, you adapt your way of communicating information so that your message is clear and understandable to the recipient. You enjoy empowering others.
