We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician for our client, a location-based service where employees can receive support for their IT services and devices. You will work with IT support related to all technical equipment and quick incident handling, as well as contribute to ensuring that IT solutions function smoothly on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide employees with support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, including clients, mobility, wireless, printing, and more.

• Support employees remotely when necessary.

• Manage and resolve tickets and tasks in the ticketing system.

• Ensure that all IT policies and standards for client services, security, and compliance are followed.

• Identify and resolve problems, even in complex or stressful situations.

• Communicate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to all levels within the organization.

• Manage and keep track of inventory of computers and mobile devices.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 1 year of experience in IT support within Windows and Mac.

• Experience with account administration in Active Directory.

• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and its applications.

• Is skilled in problem-solving.

• Has high energy and enthusiasm and thrives in a changing environment.

• Can manage multiple tasks and customer relationships simultaneously.

• Can communicate effectively with all levels in the organization.

• Has excellent interpersonal skills and can quickly build trust.

• Is a strong team player who collaborates well to solve problems.

• Is fluent in Swedish and English.

Start: Immediate start considering notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.

Location: Uppsala.
