Our Operations

The IT department consists of approximately 115 dedicated employees who together take a comprehensive approach to the agency's digitalization. We work closely with the operations to deliver accessible, stable, and secure IT support that is useful, and we continuously develop our methods, technology, and tools.

Your Responsibilities

You will be part of a humble and engaged team where we help each other, learn from one another, and celebrate successes together. Currently, the team is working on both management and new development of solutions based on Oracle Apex.

With us, you will:

• Develop, test, and deploy Oracle Apex solutions in close collaboration with the operations
• Manage and further develop existing solutions
• Contribute throughout the entire lifecycle – from idea and analysis to implementation and management
• Collaborate with system developers, business specialists, and other technical roles.

Your Background

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience that the employer deems comparable
• Several years of work experience as a system developer with Oracle Apex as the technology
• Experience working with databases.

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Oracle DB, either as a developer or DBA
• Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS)
• SQL and PL/SQL
• JavaScript
• CSS for front-end

Your Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is creative, curious, and has a genuine passion for system development with low-code technology. You are interested in learning new technologies and developing your skills. Your ability to collaborate, helpfulness, and humble communication contribute to a good atmosphere with both colleagues and users. You have analytical skills and enjoy working to capture needs, shape requirements, document them, and translate them into solutions.
