ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an IT Support Technician for a government agency in Uppsala.

In this role, you will work closely with users and provide support via phone and servicedesk systems, as well as handle various administrative tasks related to the client environment. You will focus on first-line support and primarily work on-site, but there is some opportunity for remote work. Travel to other offices may occur.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of technologies and areas you will work with in this role:

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving in a Windows environment and installed applications
• Management and administration in SCCM
• MSI packaging
• iOS devices and related products
• Mobile phones, subscriptions, and accessories
• Administration of devices in Intune
• Work with thin clients
• KVM solutions

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 4 years of experience in IT support
• Good knowledge of Windows environments
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune
