Job Responsibilities

The Ear, Nose, and Throat clinic (ENT) administration includes 15 medical secretaries who staff the clinic's three locations in Halmstad, Varberg, and Kungsbacka. We are now looking for an engaged medical secretary to join our team in Kungsbacka. The workplace is characterized by good camaraderie and close collaboration with other professional groups. We all work together as a unit with the patient in focus. We are looking for someone interested in participating in the work at a forward-looking, modern clinic and becoming part of our team! As a medical secretary with us, you will have the opportunity to engage in various administrative tasks such as writing medical records, statistics, TeleQ, booking, reception secretary duties, e-health services, coding, mail handling, and follow-up of operations, among many others.

About the Workplace

The ENT clinic includes outpatient clinics in Halmstad, Varberg, and Kungsbacka, as well as seven inpatient beds in Halmstad with 24/7 operations. We are a clinic in good balance, and our goal is to work for high quality through a good working climate among competent and engaged employees. We are at the forefront of digitalization.

Qualifications

You who are applying are a trained medical secretary. We expect you to have excellent computer skills, as well as good knowledge of medical terminology and Swedish in both spoken and written forms. Knowledge of the Cosmic journal system and Tessa scheduling and payroll system is an advantage.

We are looking for someone with a pronounced sense of service, flexibility, and a good ability to prioritize tasks. You enjoy writing and see a well-functioning administrative process as a prerequisite for us to work together with and for our target group. You can work both independently and in a team and have a good ability to collaborate and create networks. To thrive with us, it is important that you want to participate in daily teamwork and help create a work environment where we all inspire and include each other. We need a team member with drive, who is innovative and has a desire to create effective working methods with the patient in focus. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
