Career Consultant for Rusta och Matcha Halland

We are looking for a structured and proactive career consultant to join our team at Rusta och Matcha at Jobcenter.

About the position

As a career consultant, you will coach job seekers towards employment, internships, or education. You will help participants set goals, develop strategies, and strengthen their motivation. The role also includes building relationships with employers and partners to create more job opportunities.

Examples of tasks:

• Coach participants in job searching and career planning.
• Work results-oriented towards established goals.
• Plan, follow up, and document interventions.
• Network with employers and match participants with available positions.

We are looking for someone who is

• Structured, solution-oriented, and flexible.
• Goal-oriented and responsible with a good ability to create engagement and trust.
• A good communicator who enjoys working towards goals and results.

Qualifications (according to the Employment Agency)

Option 1

• University education of at least 180 credits.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience equivalent to full-time.

Option 2

• At least 1 year of post-secondary studies.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience equivalent to full-time (e.g., management, recruitment, coaching, or customer contact).
