Your Role
As a Supply Chain Planner, you play a crucial role in optimizing product flow and availability in the region's 67 stores. You are responsible for your own area where you independently analyze key figures and orders daily and make relevant adjustments with sharp deadlines. Furthermore, the job involves:
- Creating reports and action proposals to further optimize our product flow
- Contact with other departments and our suppliers across Europe
- Monitoring deliveries and contacting relevant suppliers and colleagues in case of issues or deviations
- Updating all modules and tools and maintaining master data in our business system
You work during office hours and report to the Team Leader.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently in a fast-paced environment, can easily switch between tasks, and is driven to work solution- and results-oriented towards deadlines. You are meticulous and systematic, and you also have strong communication and relationship-building skills. Furthermore, we see that:
- You are computer and system savvy and handle Google Workspace
- You have completed high school education and preferably a post-secondary education in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, economics, or equivalent
- You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
We also view it positively if you have some form of work experience in a similar field.
