We are now looking for a project manager for Hushållningssällskapet Halland for a temporary position during a parental leave. You will be part of an engaged team that works closely with both colleagues and external partners in development projects for the green industries.

About the position

The projects you will work on involve developing and demonstrating solutions for renewable energy and energy storage within agriculture. The projects focus on how different technologies can be used and combined in practice to strengthen the resilience of agriculture and enable sustainable energy use. The work is carried out in close collaboration with farms, companies, and other stakeholders. The projects combine practical testing with analysis, documentation, and knowledge dissemination.

You will work with project management, focusing on keeping and leading projects together. The tasks include investigative work, compiling reports, administration, and requisitioning, as well as ensuring structure, timelines, and goal fulfillment. The role also includes coordinating different parties, as the projects often involve external expertise in specific areas.

About you

You should have documented experience as a project manager. It is an advantage if you have experience and knowledge in energy issues and agriculture. You have an easy time collaborating with both customers, colleagues, and external parties, as well as expressing yourself well in speech and writing. The position is flexible in scope based on your preferences. Location is Lilla Böslid, Eldsberga, and/or Agrocenter, Falkenberg.

We are looking for someone who is structured, engaged, and enjoys working in processes and teams. You do not need to be an expert in any specific area – the most important thing is that you have the ability to drive projects forward, create order, and collaborate with different parties.
