Våxtorp School

Våxtorp School is a K-9 school located in Våxtorp, 13 km southeast of Laholm. Våxtorp School is currently in an intensive development phase where we look ahead and place students and their learning and development at the center of our work in the work teams. The goals for the organization are to work towards the curriculum's knowledge goals, develop students' social competence, and create participation in their own learning process.

We want all students to become their best during their time with us. We believe that students have the potential to become their best, as our pedagogical direction is to use a language and knowledge-developing approach and create accessible learning environments throughout the organization. In the promoting and preventive work, there are good support functions readily available, such as special teachers, school psychologists, counselors, and school nurses.

About the Position

The school administrator serves as a support function at the operational level and provides administrative support to the principal.

The main task for the assignment revolves around substitute procurement, which will later be expanded with other administrative tasks. Working hours from 06:45.

The school administrator has competence in the following areas:

• Substitute procurement
• Administering student and staff lists
• Grade management
• Student registration
• Statistics (national tests, grades, SCB)
• Information and mailings to operations and parents
• Archiving
• Managing the website (www.laholm.se) within the scope

The tasks may change over time.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

You have a relevant university degree, and we wish that you have experience working in municipal operations, and experience in another administrative position is important.

Experience working as a school assistant is an advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish in writing and speaking, good knowledge of finance and invoicing, and good IT skills.
