The municipality's HR strategic department is part of the municipal executive administration. We work for a sustainable working life for the entire organization by developing, leading, and driving cross-municipal strategic HR work and executing HR assignments.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR strategist, you have a central and cohesive role in driving the municipality's long-term and strategic HR work. You contribute to strengthening the municipality as an attractive employer through clear priorities, choices, and common working methods. Through close collaboration with HR colleagues and managers in all departments, you create a strategic direction to develop a sustainable and healthy work environment throughout our municipality.

• Promote sustainable and extended working life with a work environment where employees thrive and feel good. You are jointly responsible for driving operational projects in this area.
• Responsible for the employer's various processes and operational systems regarding work adaptation and rehabilitation.
• Responsible for developing and coordinating the municipality's structures for value-creating dialogue between managers and employees, such as further developing employee and development conversations and coordinating pulse/employee surveys.
• Responsible for various analysis and investigation work within the HR field, e.g., providing materials for strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a communicative and engaged employee with the ability to create understanding and drive development together with both managers and colleagues.

You have a high ability to collaborate and build trusting relationships, as well as contribute to joint solutions in complex issues. You have an analytical approach and can translate insights into well-balanced and sustainable decisions. At the same time, you thrive in change and approach new working methods, digital opportunities, and development initiatives with curiosity and professionalism.

We believe that you have:

• Relevant higher education with a focus on HR/personnel work or equivalent.
• Several years of experience in qualified and strategic HR work within a larger organization.
• Good knowledge of labor law.
• Experience in providing HR support to managers in transition and work-oriented rehabilitation.
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• Good system familiarity and interest in development within the HR field, such as digitization, automation, or AI.
