We are now looking for an Economist with a heart for welfare!

At Ensolution, we help Sweden's municipalities make resources stretch. We do this by highlighting deficiencies, identifying opportunities, and proposing solutions based on individual needs.

Your Role

In the role of economist, you will process and analyze financial and statistical data from municipal operations to provide solid decision-making support for our clients. You will work both independently and in projects alongside your colleagues. Thanks to our broad offering, there is an opportunity to work in many different types of projects across various sectors. The job includes travel in southern Sweden.

We believe you have:

• a degree in economics at the university level
• experience from municipal operations such as schools, healthcare, social services, or municipal management
• good knowledge of Excel
• experience in giving presentations
• worked with cost calculations and operational reviews

Working as an economist at Ensolution requires a strong desire and willingness to constantly learn more to find solutions to complex and difficult problems. Therefore, it is important that you are curious, creative, and analytical, have good teamwork skills, and can communicate easily both in writing and verbally.
