Are you a driven project collaborator with experience in development work within popular education and the church? 

The Study Association Bilda is now looking for a project collaborator for the Heritage Fund project Hålla Hus, which aims to develop the work within the project and also some organizational development within Bilda. Location is Halmstad. 

About the position  Bilda is now seeking a project collaborator for a position of a total of 50% for the Heritage Fund project Hålla Hus – for a sustainable life together. The position also involves working to some extent on organizational development, in collaboration with Bilda's member organizations and partners. The position is a fixed-term employment for one year with the possibility of extension for an additional two years, based in Halmstad. 

About the Hålla Hus project  The purpose and goal of the project is to develop methods and meeting places for seniors focusing on social, economic, and environmental sustainability. The goal is to improve health, well-being, and community. Together with the target group, meaningful activities are developed. These can be social activities that counteract loneliness, learning about clothing repairs and personal finance, or places for communal gardening. Participants are recruited from various churches and denominations with the aim of meeting across boundaries. In the project, methodological materials will be created, circles will be conducted, and exchanges of experience between groups will take place. The partners in the project are:St Petrus and Paulus Syrian Orthodox Congregation in Trollhättan, Equmeniakyrkan Sennan, RPG district West Coast, Vardagsrummet in Frölunda, Gothenburg, Network Green Church. 

As a project collaborator, you will work in the project focusing on the implementation of the project's activities, leadership support, and method development. Together with other project collaborators, you will also be responsible for reporting, structure, documentation of results, and method development and dissemination of the project's results. 

You will be part of the Hålla Hus project group consisting of Project Manager, Project Collaborators, and Organizational Developers in Gothenburg and Trollhättan (Skövde) and Project Developers, Project Economists, and Project Administrators who assist with the economy and coordination of the project.   The work on organizational development will take place in Halmstad, Falkenberg, and Varberg, together with partners and involves supporting member organizations and partners in collaboration on education and culture in various church families.  You will also have engaged colleagues at the office of the study association Sensus in Halmstad, and at Bilda's office in Malmö, all working with popular education within the church, culture, and society.   The role offers good opportunities for independent work, personal responsibility, and contributing to the development of the project based on the principles of popular education. 

Our requirements - we are looking for someone who:  - has a high school education and post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position.  - has relevant work experience preferably from e.g., popular education, church, and sustainability through previous work in study associations or the non-profit sector.  - has good communication skills, both orally and in writing  - has a driver's license and access to a car. (From a sustainability perspective, our first choice is always public transportation when possible.) It is not possible to travel from the office in Halmstad to Sennan without a car, and mileage compensation is provided.

It is meritorious if you have:   - good knowledge of, and preferably previous experience of working in Heritage Fund projects.   - experience of working in the common systems of study associations GUSTAV, the study associations' e-service, and Teams/Office 365.  - have an existing network within one or more of our partner organizations: free churches such as Equmeniakyrkan, RPG West Coast, and Orthodox churches in Halland.    We strive for diversity and a balanced gender distribution and place great importance on personal suitability.  

Employment form: Fixed-term employment until February 28, 2027, with the possibility of extension until the project's end in 2028.  Extent of the position: 50 %  Desired start date: March 1, 2026, or by agreement.
