Do you want to take responsibility for ensuring that the workplace runs smoothly and professionally? We are now looking for an engaged Coordinator who wants to be the spider in the web when it comes to office service functions.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and ensure the quality of services such as cleaning, coffee, fruit, and office supplies

• Maintain continuous contact with both internal customers and external suppliers

• Handle incoming inquiries and reports of issues

• Manage orders, invoice handling, and budget follow-up

• Be the information officer towards customers and suppliers

• Lead relocation and development projects as a project manager

Your profile

We believe that you have:

• Several years of experience in administration and coordination

• A post-secondary education in a relevant field

• The ability to juggle multiple tasks while being detail-oriented

• Good collaboration skills and a sense of service

• Experience with invoices, budget follow-up, or financial administration is an advantage

• A significant plus if you have previously worked in the public sector in a similar role.

Location & scope

• Workplace: Gothenburg/Varberg, located in the Ringhals area

• Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Assignment period: September 22, 2025 - January 31, 2026
