ABOUT THE POSITION

Kura Omsorg is looking for two personal assistants for our client in Västerås! We offer a position of approximately 70% with work during day and evening hours, as well as a night position of around 50%. The positions start as hourly substitutes, with the possibility of increasing to 70% or 50% after a period.

The working hours for the day and evening position are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM (weekdays)

• 03:00 PM - 09:00 PM (weekdays)

• 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (weekends)

The working hours for the night position are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM (weekdays)

• 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM (weekends)

The start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

The client is a woman in her 40s living in Västerås. She has an active daily life and values both energetic days and quieter moments. She enjoys various activities and appreciates being outdoors, which her assistants accompany her on. She is also an animal lover, and a cat is present in the home. The client has a high spinal cord injury and requires double assistance around the clock. The tasks involve helping her with all care needs, including daily hygiene routines, dressing and undressing, and meal situations. There are lifting aids in the home to facilitate transfers.

ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, and attentive to the client's needs. Since the work as a personal assistant places high demands on being proactive, you need to be confident in yourself and able to take initiative. We view previous experience in the profession positively, but it is not a requirement to apply for the position. The client prefers female applicants, and great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in care

• Non-smoker

• Driver's license (B) as the client has her own car that the assistants will drive

• Not allergic to pets

QUALIFICATIONS

• Care education

• Experience with suction machines, tracheostomy, and/or cough machines

Employment rate: approx. 70% and approx. 50%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
