About the roleAt Gekomm AB, we build success on the right skills and efficient processes. We are now looking for a key person who will be responsible for the initial phase of our talent recruitment and for the coordination that enables our sales operations. In this central role, two strategic functions are combined: being Gekomm's first contact with future talents and ensuring a smooth meeting booking for our sales organization.
Your main responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination:
Act as the first interviewer and primary contact in the recruitment process for all roles
Conduct structured screening interviews and assess basic matching between candidates and the organization
Manage the administrative process from application to selection in our ATS system Teamtailor
Create and maintain a positive and professional candidate experience from the first contact
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an efficient process handover
Meeting and Calendar Coordination:
Responsible for the internal meeting booking function that supports our Account Managers
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings with a high degree of accuracy and service orientation
Develop and improve processes for meeting logistics and calendar management
Provide operational support to the sales department in all matters related to meeting planning
Your profile
Experience in recruitment administration, HR coordination, or another coordinating role with customer contact
Documented ability to manage complex schedules and multiple processes simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and an ability to represent the company professionally
Strong service and relationship-oriented approach
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
Structured, organized, and solution-focused
We would also like you to have
Experience working with Teamtailor or similar ATS systems
Previous experience in a role responsible for calendar management or meeting coordination
Background from a growth environment where you have worked on scaling processes
