About the Role – System ArchitectYou will be part of an agile product team responsible for the technical platform that manages the reception and distribution of automated alarms to our operations center. The platform handles large volumes of critical public communication, including industrial, personal, and property-related alarms, often including voice.
As a system architect, you have overall technical responsibility within the team. You lead the architectural work, develop system designs based on business requirements, and ensure that the solutions are robust, secure, and maintainable in the long term. The role combines strategic architectural work with operational responsibility, where you are also expected to actively contribute as a senior backend developer.
You work closely with product owners, developers, and other teams to ensure effective integrations, clear technical choices, and high-quality delivery.

You are a confident and experienced technical leader who enjoys taking responsibility and guiding the team in complex technical matters. You have the ability to communicate architecture and technical decisions clearly and are used to working in environments with high demands for stability and security.
You are curious, solution-oriented, and take the initiative to improve both working methods and systems.
QualificationsRelevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience
Very good knowledge of C#/.NET
Experience in frontend development
Solid experience in system design and architectural work
Strong competence in data communication
Experience in telecommunications and protocols is a plus
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Swedish citizenship
Git
Azure DevOps
Jira
