Your responsibilities
In the role of onsite technician, you will work directly with our clients in the Stockholm area and be their reliable contact person for IT-related questions. You will handle everything from troubleshooting and installing hardware and software to managing user accounts in Active Directory. The work is primarily in a Windows environment, but it is advantageous if you also have experience with MacOS. You will perform basic network tasks, manage printers, and ensure that the systems function optimally. The role requires you to be hands-on, solve problems quickly, and contribute to a positive user experience.

Additionally, you are structured, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating with both users and colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience in managing and troubleshooting printers
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience with MacOS
• Certifications in IT
