Our client in northern Stockholm builds secure network products, clients, and mobile solutions, complemented by services for communication, file management, and security-critical support systems.

Your Responsibilities

As a Tech Lead, you combine technical expertise with leadership and coaching. You are responsible for system architecture, technical decisions, and solutions that contribute to a high-quality, user-friendly, and sustainable digital workplace.

• Lead and support the team in technical matters
• Be responsible for system architecture and technical choices
• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and best practices
• Participate operationally in the development work
• Collaborate with product leaders and other teams on requirements, solutions, and priorities
• Drive improvements in development processes, tools, and working methods

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in secure IT systems and technical leadership roles. You have extensive experience in system design on both Linux and Windows-based infrastructure, as well as deep knowledge in network and service architecture, desktop, and mobile environments.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in secure IT systems and technical leadership roles
• Broad experience in system design (Linux and Windows)
• Very good knowledge of network and service architecture for desktop and mobile
• Deep technical knowledge in web services, security updates, software distribution, multimedia, certificates/signing, and IT security in system chains

Meritorious

• Experience in agile work and team leadership
• Previous experience in product areas related to secure IT or government solutions
• Knowledge of security-classified environments and compliance
