Your responsibilities
In the role of 1st line support technician, you will receive and manage incoming cases via phone, email, and ticketing systems. You will work on and troubleshoot technical issues related to both hardware and software, as well as perform basic network troubleshooting. In addition, you will work with standard applications and systems, as well as company-specific ones. You will document and escalate cases to 2nd line as needed.

Your profile
We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused 1st line support technician who wants to be part of a motivated IT team. In this role, you will be the first to assist users with technical questions and problems. You play a crucial role in ensuring that the IT environment runs smoothly and that employees receive quick and professional help.

Requirements

• Previous experience in IT support
• Knowledge of Windows and Office 365
• Experience with ticketing systems and working according to the ITIL framework
• Experience in account management in Active Directory
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Communicative, service-oriented, and enjoys helping others

Meritorious

• Driving license (B)
• Certifications in IT (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA)
