Your work with us In the role of IT consultant within support, you will work at one of our customers in the defense industry and be involved in supporting, driving, and developing their IT environments. Among our customers are companies with thousands and tens of thousands of machines in their environments. Your profileWe are looking for 2 consultants for our client's Factory Support team in the defense industry. The role involves providing IT support to factories that operate around the clock, which requires broad competence in infrastructure, databases, and networks. You will be part of a team of about 10 people, located in Solna, with the possibility of hybrid work.

We are looking for someone who is;

• Systematic troubleshooting

• Comfortable with shift work

• Enjoys working in a team and has a strong service focus

• Solution-oriented and enjoys a dynamic work environment

• Interested in incident management

• Preferably has experience in monitoring and operating ERP systems

Experience requirements:

• Systematic troubleshooting

• Experience with ticketing systems

• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support

• Infrastructure/server environments (Windows and Linux)

• Database and storage

• Networking

• Documentation

• Support-oriented and a team player

Desirable experiences:

• Incident management

• Monitoring and operation of ERP systems

• Knowledge of: Azure, AD, SCCM, ITIL, ServiceNow, IFS, BizTalk, Print/Labelprint

You communicate daily both in writing and verbally in Swedish and English, so it is a requirement that you master both languages well.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security protection regulations, which may involve citizenship requirements.

This assignment is performed at the client's premises in Solna, with some opportunity for hybrid work.
