We are now looking for a UX Writer for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in the banking, insurance, and pension sector.

You will work in agile teams and be involved early in the design process, where you, together with designers, developers, and stakeholders, create clear, accessible, and user-centered experiences.

As a UX Writer, you are responsible for creating simple and concise microcopy for apps and websites, ensuring accessibility, and following established guidelines – while also daring to challenge them when it improves the user experience. You quickly familiarize yourself with different products and delve into complex problems to find the right solutions.

• Create user-centered microcopy for apps and websites

• Ensure accessibility and follow UX and language guidelines

• Participate in the design process from early stages

• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders at the client

• Understand and simplify complex products and flows

• Ability to explain complexity in a simple and pedagogical way

• Good understanding of UX and interaction design

• Ability to constructively question solutions with the user's best interest in focus

• Holistic perspective and sense of context

• Comfortable working in Figma

• Used to giving and receiving feedback

• Ability to create copy that engages users, meets stakeholder expectations, and fulfills legal requirements

• Enjoys teamwork and dares to take a stand

• Is a strong voice for users and UX writing

• Open to new ideas and comfortable with feedback

• Has a holistic view of the customer experience

• Values kindness and empathy in collaboration

You will work with our client in an experienced and cross-functional team with designers, UX Writers, UX researchers, and accessibility experts. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise and develop in close collaboration with experienced colleagues 💛
