About the role as QA Specialist with AI focus

We are looking for an experienced and engaged QA Specialist, preferably with an AI focus, to join our driven Integration Online team, which is responsible for developing Ellevio's digital solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance, test strategy, and automation, with a particular focus on integrating AI-driven methods and tools into our processes. You will be a key person in ensuring that our solutions maintain the highest quality and function optimally – every time.

Who are you?

You are passionate about quality and innovation. You have a strong interest in exploring AI solutions and see opportunities to implement them in practice. You inspire others, drive change, and create engagement around new ways of working. You are communicative, structured, and have the ability to get the whole team on board.

We would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in IT
• At least 3 years of work experience in testing/QA
• A great curiosity for AI and how it can be used to improve quality assurance
• Experience in test automation, preferably with tools like Playwright
• Comfortable independently maintaining codebases
• Understanding of CI/CD, test strategies, and quality assurance in agile teams
• A positive drive and a solution-oriented mindset
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
