Do you want to work practically with AI, data, and smart solutions in a team where learning and collaboration are at the center? We are now looking for a Junior AI Developer who wants to take the next step and work with business-oriented AI applications in a modern and agile environment.

In the role of Junior AI Developer, you will work closely with both technology and business. You will be part of a team that works in sprints and is supported by more senior colleagues in your daily work.

Your tasks may include:

• Analyzing data, data sources, and information structures

• Building and testing AI solutions, such as chatbots and prototypes in existing systems

• Participating in discovery work regarding new applications for AI

• Helping to translate business needs into functioning technical solutions

The role is suitable for you who want to learn by doing and thrive in environments where not all answers are given from the start.

We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career and has a strong interest in AI and data – but also in how technology creates value in practice.

We believe you have:

• Experience in building AI solutions, e.g., chatbots or similar

• Understanding of the user or customer perspective

• A flexible mindset and the ability to handle change

• Curiosity, drive, and a desire to develop

• University or college education

• Focus on Data, Machine Learning, AI, or similar

You will be employed by us and work on an assignment with a client where you are part of their team during the assignment period. At the same time, you will receive support, follow-up, and development from us as your employer.

• Location: Stockholm/Solna (hybrid – 3 days on-site)

• Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week

• Start: January 2026

• Assignment length: approx. 3 months
